Why not be able to approach the birth of your baby feeling positive and confident?

You have 2 types of Birth Preparation to choose from: YogaBirth Classes and a Preparing for Birth Together Course.

They can be enjoyed independently but they also complement one another perfectly. The focus of both kinds of birth preparation is essentially the same; empowering you to discover your potential for an active birth.

Joining a weekly Yogabirth Class will make you more comfortable during pregnancy, teach you to relax more deeply, to stretch and move safely, to challenge your body and to build up your stamina for labour and birth. You may join anytime between 16 and 28 weeks of Pregnancy.

Attending the Preparing for Birth Together course with your partner will give you both the time to focus on the birth you want. The course is designed with your partner in mind and will give him the opportunity to get involved in planning for labour and to practice techniques which may help you both to feel more in control of the whole experience. Most couples attend from 28 weeks of Pregnancy.
