ElementalBirth Yoga is led by Caitlin Heavey, YogaBirth teacher, physiotherapist and Childirth Educator, with 20 years experience of teaching Yoga for Pregnancy and Active Birth preparation.
Caitlins pregnancy classes and workshops are inspiring and positive and are centred around her profound belief that all women know how to birth their babies safely; the classes and workshops and designed with this in mind.
