Yoga for Beginners


 Caitlin is delighted to add Yoga for Beginners to her teaching portfolio. The classes are suitable for those who are completely new to yoga or to those who have been off the mat for awhile! The style is flowing, relaxing and strong. It will improve your flexability, stamina and focus. We practice postures ASANA, breath awareness PRANAYAMA and relaxation.

The students who attend these classes have come to yoga for many reasons:

" I want to be more bendy"

" I want to see if the yoga stretches will help my running"

" I have a stressful job and need help with relaxation "

" I have a chronic back problem and my osteopath remommended  yoga; it seems to be working!"

"I'm recovering from a cancer and have lost my confidence; maybe yoga can help"
