This is a sturdy, rigid pool comprising four fibreglass panels that bolt together. It's a deep- sided pool with plenty of space to move about in. The insulating panels together with the foam base make this pool comfortable to kneel in and lean against. The curved rim is comfortable to hold onto. You can use the stools provided to squat or sit in the water. The pool is large enough for the mother and her partner to relax in. The oval allows the pool to fit in a corner and gives the birth partner(s) and midwives easy access to the labouring mother. This pool can be easily transported to hospital for those who wish to guarantee the use of a pool during labour in hospital.
