After receiving a booking enquiry we will allow a period of 48hrs for a weekday enquiry or 72hrs for a weekend enquiry to receive your booking deposit. Thereafter the pool may be offered to another enquirer on our waiting list. Booking is guaranteed only after receiving the booking deposit.

Although we have made every effort to create a booking form that is clear and easy to use, please email or phone us with any questions that you may have.

  Pool delivery and collection is on weekdays only between 10am and 6pm. Should you delivery date fall on a weekend then the delivery day will be a Friday. Should your collection date fall in a weekend then your collection day will be a Monday.

The exact time can be confirmed by phone just prior to the booking period.

  This is the hose that fills the pool and should be roughly calculated from the nearest sink or bath tap to where you expect to place the pool. This information can be confirmed closer to your hire period.

Payment Details

You should now send a cheque for the £60.00 booking deposit to reserve the pool made payable to ElementalBirth. It is non- refundable. You should then send 2 separate cheques payable no later than 4 weeks before the beginning of your hire period, the security cheque for £60.00 and the balance cheque relevant to your pool type.

The security cheque is not banked unless needed to cover any losses or damage to the pool and/or accessories.

The birth pool was brilliant! It literally took the weight off my shoulders as soon as Jules got into the pool. With a chair to hand for her to lean on and me to sit on, it was only the cocktails that were missing.
