| Bravado Maternity Bra's (£23.95) |

The Bravado bra has won many awards both in the UK and abroad. It is comfortable, stylish and inexpensive. A badly fitting bra is a common cause of upper back and rib pain as well as contributing to heartburn during pregnancy. The Bravado bra is designed for flexibility and versatility in sizing. A woman's breasts fluctuate and change in size throughout her pregnancy and while breast-feeding. Her bra therefore, should change with her to be comfortable and supportive all day long. Bravado size system means that a woman can fluctuate between at least 2 cup and rib sizes and still wear the same bra comfortably. This is not possible with conventional bra sizes.
Most women will need to buy new bra's during pregnancy as their breasts and rib cage expand. The Bravado bra can be purchased early on pregnancy and grow with the woman, providing support especially during the later months when her breasts are heavy and tender.
The Bravado bra is designed like a sports bra: with a broad back and a deep, soft band under the breasts. The style of the back provides excellent support for the middle-back and takes the stress off the shoulder straps. There are no closures at the back; you just pull it over your head and adjust the straps. The style of your bra will, to a degree, be dictated by your cup size and so larger breasts (F-G cup) may need the support of the crop top style.

A Birth Ball is more than just a comfortable chair. You can use the ball to exercise during pregnancy. It may help to encourage your baby into the best position for birth. You can use the Birth Ball for support while kneeling on the floor while having a massage, resting or to practice positions for labour. You will learn how to use the ball during your yoga class. You can also use your Birth Ball during labour and this is covered during the Birth Preparation Workshop.
